Rule 15
Monitoring and evaluation of the plan
(1) The fund will regularly monitor and evaluate the implementation of the plan.
(2) The committee, through members, member-secretaries, government of Nepal or any employee of the fund, shall conduct observation visits to the plan site, collect necessary details, hold public hearings or follow any other procedure deemed appropriate by the committee or appoint a consultant to monitor the implementation of the plan and Can evaluate or cause.
(3) The committee will review the implementation of the plan every quarter and give appropriate instructions to the government agencies, local bodies, voluntary organizations and community organizations that operate the related plans.
